Where you will be staying
When you stay at our holiday home, you’ll be a mere 0.5 miles from the heart of Tresaith village with its pub and sandy beach on the beautiful Cardigan Bay - a Special Area of Conservation. The Wales Coast Path is virtually on your doorstep as are several other public footpaths, if you fancy a scenic walk. The nearest shop is in Tan-y-Groes (1.5 miles), or you can pop to nearby Aberporth (2 miles) where you’ll find another store, a Post Office, a pharmacy, restaurants and another gorgeous beach.
Inside the house
Ty Nant has plenty of space for you to enjoy a comfortable stay together. After you’ve left your coats in the hallway, enter the large lounge which has dual aspect windows with views down to the sea (especially in the winter when there are fewer leaves on the trees). There is plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax with a film enhanced with surround sound. French doors lead out to the front patio, which is a lovely place to enjoy the famous West Wales sunsets. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a Utility Room and WC with sink, and a handy office with a desk. The entire downstairs has underfloor heating so the house is always cosy in the colder months.
The four spacious bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with nice views. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a large family bathroom with bath with shower over.
Outside the house
At the front of the house the large driveway has ample parking for four cars and an EV charging point. There’s a covered porch with a bench and boot rack, a large lawned area and a small patio with table and seating.
The rear of the house is fully enclosed and comprises a decked area with large dining table and chairs, a gravelled area with a fire pit and further seating, a BBQ, a 5-seat hot tub and a shed. Please note, because of the adjacent steam, children must be supervised at all times.

- The use of the hot tub is complimentary, however the owners reserve the right to shut down the hot tub at any time if essential maintenance or repairs are required. In these circumstances, we regret that we cannot offer guests any compensation for the hot tub not being in use during their stay.

Arrival and departure

We offer a convenient self-check-in with key safe access and you will be greeted with a Luxury Welcome Pack containing milk (2 pints), bread, butter, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits and a bottle of wine.
The following items are also provided for your stay. Kitchen: washing-up liquid and 5 dishwasher tablets, dishcloth and sponge scourer; kitchen roll, bin bags. General larder ingredients such as salt and pepper, spices and herbs, oil, etc. Complimentary bathroom toiletries including liquid soap and miniature body wash, shampoo and conditioner plus 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, kitchen and shower cleaner, anti-bacterial spray etc.
Dogs at Ty Nant
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (small additional charge per dog) but please do not allow dogs upstairs or leave them unattended. We also ask that you please clean up after your dogs. A few poo bags will be provided along with dog towels and blankets for those dogs who simply refuse to stay off the furniture.
Electric car charger
An EV charger is provided for guests convenience, however the property owners cannot guarantee that the car charger will be operational or available 100% of the time due to 3rd party service outages and/or other situations beyond our control. In the event that the car charger is unavailable guests will need to make arrangements to charge their vehicles at alternative charging locations, a number of which are listed in the guest handbook. No refunds will be offered in the event that the car changer is not operational. Guests are reminded that the T&Cs explicitly forbid the charging of EVs via a domestic charger at the property.
Local taxis
